Is local really free?
Yes. Sumi uses models that run on your Mac, through ComfyUI and Ollama. There's no page limit and no account, and it works offline.
What counts as a page?
About five panels painted once and a half each, plus the writing, on our standard picture model. Repainting more, or using Premium quality, uses the allowance faster.
Can I mix local and hosted painting?
Yes. Pick per project, or even per picture. Only pictures painted on our models count.
What happens when my allowance runs out?
Sumi tells you and switches nothing on its own. Top up, wait for next month, or keep going on your Mac or your own keys.
Does Studio Plus work in Wasabi too?
Yes. One Blue Bucket Studio plan covers every app, with one account and one allowance.
What's in the unlock?

What happens after the unlock's 12 months?
Nothing breaks. You keep every feature you had. Features that ship later belong to the next version, at a discount for owners. Fixes and safety updates are for everyone.
